It is an absolute honor to be asked to create a commission for someone’s home. The fact that people truly connect with my work and feel it, in a way that they want to live with it, is a blessing beyond my wildest dreams. As I start every painting, each day, I ask Spirit to let me be a conduit of Its divine design so that my creations may bring peace and tranquility to viewers and to the homes each painting inhabits. It’s especially powerful when I know who I am making a painting for.

Based on the feedback I get from people I meet at shows or write to me about seeing my work in person, I genuinely believe my intention setting and connection to Spirit is what people feel when they experience and are touched by my art. It has always been a part of my process, my little, special, secret-sauce… and it's impressive when people feel it… even if they don’t really know why my work touches them. ;)

'Tis the Commission Season. If you are thinking about a holiday gift please reach out sooner than later and contact me at erin@erinrigney.com.
