We are each born with a deep knowing and connectivity to our highest purpose. Then life happens and things obscure our path along the way. Breathe new energy into your dreams by creating a personal intention/mantra that you recite each day and watch your life take flight.

Recite your mantra in the present tense thus living into this new way of being. Once the necklace falls off, know that your intention has taken flight and has wings of its own.

DIRECTIONS

Choose your crystal from the master list below, based on the healing properties needed—either for yourself or for whomever you are purchasing the intention necklace.

While holding the chosen crystal*** to your throat chakra, recite your mantra* four times while you align with the four directions starting in the East, then South, West and finishing with the North. As you recite this intention, either aloud or in silence, have someone assist you in tying this on with four knots. The symbolism of four, literally ties your new way of living intentionally with the four directions thus sealing your mantra and helping you navigate your path.

Recite this new mantra* each day as if it has already occurred. There are traditional Buddhist or Sanskrit mantras or you can create your own. Really it comes down to what resonates most with you.

Examples of mantras I have used over the years:
"I am a well of love and acceptance for myself and others.”
“The value I bring to the world brings me abundance.”

Eventually, when your necklace falls off it symbolizes this intention has been fulfilled or served its purpose. When you are ready for further growth through another mantra simply reflect and determine a phrase and crystal healing property that best supports your new course of being in the world.

* What is a mantra? A mantra is a word or phrase repeated in a prayer or meditative way.

In Sanskrit, the word mantra can be broken down to “the root man- meaning ‘to think’ (also in manas ‘mind’) and the suffix -tra meaning ‘tool’, hence a literal translation would be ‘instrument of thought’.”

** Determining your mantra will take some introspection on your part. For me, it was a major “Aha” moment through shared conversation, reflection, journaling…then suddenly it was clear as day. The key to this intention is saying it as if it already is and this will guide you into living this new way of being. I was literally blown away but what opened up and continues to unfold for me and I cannot recommend this process enough to others.
